  I like the 3 bet with this hand in this spot sometimes not often. I would like to have some history or time at the table to decide. Once it goes 4 ways, I try to be cautious. With that said, good flop.
  
  I am not a fan of "making people fold" hands when they have the lead when you "know" they have a decent hand. Their mostly likely hand was AQ/Qx when they lead. Rarely Axclubs bc you have the club draw. You 3bet pre he called. He bet 50% pot on flop into you & 2 other people. Personally I like calling flop. Yes, sometimes someone will shove on the back of you but I am ok with that. Most of the times, even if you flat flop & turn your investment is $120-$150 versus risking your stack. If on the flop the Q is lets say a 8/9/T, I would be more likely to raise making it $110 to go. This gives me the same investment (22+110=$133) & I am getting to the river often.

  Please advise on following hand played yesterday in London, UK.
  
  £1/£2. 6 handed. Hero sits with £300. Villains seem loose and splashy.
  
  Villain (£400 stack) raises to £8 UTG+1.Hero UTG+2 (£300 stack) re-raises to £22 with KJc and good image. Hero and villain have no history.
  
  Hijack calls (£120 stack). BB calls (£250 stack). Villain calls.
  
  Flop comes Qc 3c 3d
  
  Villain leads for £42 into £89.
  Hero shoves for £278.
  Hijack and BB fold.
  Villain calls with KsQh.
  
  Turn is 6s
  River is Kh
  
  Villain scoops.
  
  Would appreciate some criticism of my flop play here please. My thinking was that he was leading with a queen and I could make him fold to a big raise before he got married to the hand and also to get the money in while my own equity was at it's highest (as long as he wasn't leading with nut club draw).

    @steveo76 What were you looking to accomplish with the 3-bet preflop? I’m assuming you want to drive out other villains and take the flop heads up? If so, perhaps size up to 40? On the flop, we block clubs so likely villain’s early position range skews towards pocket pairs and broadway combos with a Q. I’d probably lean a flat on the c-bet and assess the turn. There’s a strong chance it goes check check and you might get a free card. If you don’t pick up any extra equity on the turn and he leads out again then you can easily fold.
