game plays bigger than normal 5-10 games since it's an uncapped buyin and BU has to post 10 - 20 $ ante (depending on players at the table) , openraises are still rather small, 30-50 is normal but the games here sometimes play pretty deep and not a lot of shortstack. I feel like to most fish 100bb isn't a lot. 5-10 is also the smallest game in this room.
hero, bigtime winning, 6k stack,
villain, pretty much unknown rec, saw him bluff once in a smaller pot, was about even for the session, not particularly loose or tight / passive / aggro. initially bought in for 1k or 1,5k not sure. sits on about 1,7k now
CO opens 30, hero tanks on BU , villain in sb throws in 30 for a call, hero raises 80 with K♦
, sb calls without hesitation, CO folds.
I think SB could have taken his 30 back if he wanted but I am not sure if he knows that, he pretty much snapcalled anyways but I think he is wider than he normally would be because he was mentally prepared to play a hand and see a flop after he called the 30....
flop (215) J♣
: , check, hero bets 130, villain calls rather quickly
turn (465) 4
: , check, hero bets 290, villain tanks for a while and raises to 800 with 450 behind. hero??
villain pretty quickly prepared the chips for a raise but than took a while
