Inducing a bluff on the River - Worked vs me but Did I really play this wrong?

Another interesting hand from last night. Finally bit the bullet on buying HEM and playing more online lately so the hands look nice and neat (at least the online ones will :) )

I played this hand last night. To explain my raise on the turn and bet on the river I was obviously repping the nut flush draw where I hit top pr. The villian did a good job checking the river inducing me to bluff which worked but did I really play it that bad?
