Hand 1: Just call river. Very weird line. Could be shown down a set of 3s or QJ.

Hand 2: I think raising the turn is a bit of an overplay. Now I check back unless the sb is absolutely horrific.

Hand 3: Just call again. I think the price is good enough. I would seriously consider betting the river though, not checking. De bet HU, probably bet vs 3 and check with 4 or more.

Hand 4: From what people have told m about $5 level flop check raise aggression just fold now.

Hand 2: Overplay? I have a sense my opponent has at least a good Jack on the turn and will never re-raise or lead out of fear of a straight. I felt I could get value from a AJ, KJ, QJ or JT? I would of course value own myself if he had J9.

I think there's quite a few pair plus draw type hands that we get value from with a turn raise.

    Bart,

Does your opinion change on an overplay if the sb was only betting into the hero on the turn?

Hand 4: I typically fold. I run all the different hands ** I ** could have in this spot and end up loosing to a big made hand. Obviously if I've seen a pattern of flop check/raises (which I typically don't) I'd adjust.

    Results:
Hand 1: Hero calls and BB shows Q :s: 5. Hero wins.

Hand 2: I go for value against his entire range of Jx with $125 bet. SB calls and shows AJo. Anyone bet more?

Hand 3: I call and get shown 4 5. I thought the chance of backdoor draw was enhanced because the flop checked through. I guess bet/fold would be a better line.

Hand 4: I fold and SB folds. SB claims J 8 for a flush draw, while MP1 flashes a K and then claims 2 pair, which I believe (likely KT).
